usual logins will no longer work on the Académie Groupe site. To order on Académie Groupe, you must create a new account.
I no longer have access to my customer account, is this normal?
If you were already a customer, you will no longer have access to your usual account on this new site. Nevertheless, we keep your
order history and your loyalty points so that you can retrieve. To do this, we invite you to contact our Customers Service by e-mail (via the contact form).

Académie Groupe only provides samples for all orders. Go to an institute so that your beautician gives you samples adapted to your skin.

No, our products are not tested on animals, because we are concerned and respectful of our environment.

Signing up is easy! Go to our Loyalty Program and simply click on the "Register" button to register and start earning points with every purchase.
How to earn points ?
With each of your purchases, you accumulate points: 1€ spent = 1 point. From 200 points you will get a 20% voucher to be used on your next order.
How do I convert my points?
In order to convert log in and click on "Convert my points".
How do I receive a promotional code for my birthday?
All you have to do is connect to the Loyalty Program and go to the section: How to earn points? Then, fill in your date of birth to benefit from a 20% discount for your birthday.
How do I check my points balance?
Once logged in, your point balance is displayed directly in your account, you can view it at any time.
How long will it take for the points to be credited to my account?
You should receive your points as soon as your order is shipped to you.
Do my points expire?
For anniversary discounts, you have 2 months to use it and 6 months for loyalty vouchers.
What happens when I make a product return?
When you make a return you lose the points associated with the item you returned.

My loyalty/birthday promotional code is not working.
We invite you to check the correct writing of the code and that there is no space before or after the code. If, despite this, your promotional code still does not work, please contact our Customer Service (via the contact form) indicating your promotional code.
I would like to know the expiry date of my product, how do I do this?
Observe your product and find the icon of an open jar with a number and the letter M. If it says 6 M, it means that after opening, the product is valid for 6 months. For more information on the texture, color, smell of your product, do not hesitate to contact us by indicating the batch number of the product. This 6-7 digit number is present on the back of the product, at the top of the tube or under the jar.
