1. Before showering, apply the scrub to dry skin. Gently massage in circular motions to exfoliate. For a more intense exfoliation, use the exfoliating glove to stimulate microcirculation and deeply smooth the skin. Rinse thoroughly in the shower; the scrub will become a milky emulsion.

2. On clean, dry skin, apply the body lotion all over the body and massage until absorbed to moisturize and nourish the skin.
